Italian Incentives to develop sustainable building - Insurance Companies

RAS (Insurance Company) and iiSBE Italia approved incentives to develop sustainable builiding in Italy.

These incentives reduce the policy cost for builder and buyer, when ITACA Protocol is applied and the level 2 of ITACA Protocol is achieved.

Benefit for builders

All Risk: - 15 % off on the rate applied;

Benefit for buyers

Fire: - 10 % off on policy cost.
